HOA-Resources, Inc. respects the privacy rights of all visitors to our website, and to all of our customers.  We have policies and procedures in place to help make sure that your privacy rights are protected.  


What Kind of Personal Information Does HOA-Resources Collect and How Do You Use It?

We collect the usual types of information needed by any company doing business on the web.  This includes your name, billing address and shipping address.  We ask for a telephone contact number, but we use telephone numbers only to resolve billing and shipping issues—not to solicit your business.  We also ask for your email address.  You may receive occasional email advertisements from HOA-Resources, but you will be given the opportunity to “opt out” of these mailings.  

We also require credit card information because that is the only method of payment that we currently support.  However, all credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.Net, a secure payment gateway.   HOA-Resources does not have access to your credit card number—only the last four digits, for reference.  We do not accept cash or personal checks.  

We maintain your shopping cart contents as well as a history of your orders with HOA-Resources, Inc.  You will want to protect your password if you do not wish others to see your order history.  However, credit card information is NOT kept by HOA-Resources, Inc. as part of your account information and history.  


Do You Share My Information with Anyone outside the secure payment gateway?

Access to your personal information is limited to the employees of HOA-Resources, Inc. on a “need to know” basis so that your orders can be properly processed and shipped.  We will also share your information with law enforcement agencies, if legally requested.  We will not share your information with any commercial entities outside of HOA-Resources, Inc., without your express written consent.

This privacy policy is part of our terms of service and you agree that in using this web site, you are providing your consent to abide by HOA-Resources’ privacy policy.  HOA-Resources reserves the right to change the terms of service, including this privacy policy, at any time and without prior notice.  However, if we do change our privacy policy, we agree to post the changes on this web site.
