We must receive your emailed letter and attached Letter of Destruction within 15 days of the date of purchase. (If you are unable to scan and attach the Letter of Destruction, email us and we will provide a fax number).

Upon receipt, we will refund your full purchase price.

I, the End User, hereby declare under penalty of perjury by law, that as of the date of this Letter of Destruction, I have taken the necessary measures to delete and destroy all of the electronic files provided to me by HOA-Resources, Inc. in the downloaded HOA Resource Kit. In permanently deleting all of the aforementioned files I certify that I have taken the following steps:
1. Relinquished all rights to use and upgrade all HOA Resource Kit files.
2. Deleted any and all electronic copies, including but not limited to all files on hard drives,
floppy drives, CD media, DVD media or any other backup media
3. Destroyed all hard copy documentation printed out using any of the HOA Resource Kit files.
